Grief to Grace is a faith-based program of healing for anyone who has endured abuse or trauma in any form — whether in childhood, adolescence, or adulthood.
Rooted in Sacred Scripture, the sacraments, and sound psychological principles, the retreat provides a path to healing that unites emotional restoration with spiritual renewal. Participants walk through a carefully structured process that integrates prayer, guided reflection, therapeutic exercises, and opportunities for sacramental grace.
It is a journey from grief to grace — from the pain of the past into the peace of Christ.
