October 14th- the Luminous mysteries
October 21st- the Sorrowful mysteries
October 28th- the Glorious mysteries
Soulcore combines the prayers of the Rosary with gentle stretch, strengthening
movements, and reflection on the mysteries and virtues. It is a relaxing experience
to engage body, mind, and soul in prayer.
There are modifications to the movements, so no prior experience or fitness level is required.
Please bring a workout mat if you have one.
A suggested donation is $10 donation.
Anyone is welcome to join as we nourish our wellness in Christ- bringing our gratitude and prayer
intentions to the foot of Jesus, through the intercession of our Blessed Mother
Mary.
