Experience Pietra Fitness®… A fitness class that stretches, strengthens, and tones the body while refreshing the soul with prayer in the Catholic Tradition.
In only one hour you will feel calmer, stronger, and inspired.
This 6-week Gentle Class for Women will be offered on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9-10:00 am starting Sept 3rd at Cor Jesu, 5615 Hamilton Rd, Woodstock, IL 60098.
The 6 week session will offer 12 classes for $90 or a $10 drop in fee. Bring 2 mats and your water bottle!

Oct: 21st, 23rd, 28th, 30th
Nov: 4th, 6th, 11th, 13th, 18th, 20th, 25th, 27th
Dec: 2nd, 4th, 9th
